I just returned from a one-week trip to Moscow and Krasnoyarsk, the latter an industrial city of one million situated on the trans-Siberian railway, last stop before Lake Baikal. I've been to Russia many times since 1999, mainly to St Petersburg where I was involved in a European funded project to set up a creative industries agency in the city.
